My gems are gone

What happened to my gems? Didn’t notice this until I purchased an episode then checked my transactions and found that on Dec. 9th and 10th my gems disappeared. Will attach screenshot of my transactions.

Hi Player_q89oo7fl,

I don't have insights into the account or billing info through the EA Forums, but from the image you shared, you can see the gems didn't disappear; they were spent. On Dec 10th, it shows the gems were spent on energy, and on Dec 9th, I believe that code means gems were spent on refresh skips in Merge Academy.

I thought that the gems in the Merge game were what I was using not from my main account. Guess I won’t play that game again. I appreciate you looking into this for me.
