Hello! I tried accessing the game before replying to you and was able to connect to the game with no issues.
However, there were reports on loading issues in October reported by Pogo Sconnie in the Pogo forums for some players experiencing issues.
At this time, my best suggestion for you would be:
- Clear all Cookies and Cache from your device.
- Check your Browser and Device for all updates.
- Restart your computer.
- Restart your router. Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
- Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo.

This past week my iPad would not load on my safari or chrome. Now they are not loading at all on either. I attempted several times to start a case but no success. This is crazy!!!
