Is there a tier 5 upgrade for Chocolate Factory, et al in Sweet Tooth Town?

I've played every level available for all shops in Sweet Tooth Tow but the Chocolate Factory, Sugar Shack and Candy Shop all look like they should offer levels above 90 in each like the Bakery since ...
