If you’re stuck at 12/16 stars, replaying levels only helps if you earn more stars than before. Getting the same 1 or 2 stars again won’t increase your total.
Try this:
- Go back to easier earlier levels and aim for 3 stars there
- Make sure you actually beat your previous best score
- Restart the game after earning new stars (sometimes it doesn’t refresh immediately)
- Check that your game is updated
If you’re earning new stars and they still aren’t counting, it could be a bug — you may need to contact EA Support.
