If you’re stuck at 12/16 stars, replaying levels only helps if you earn more stars than before. Getting the same 1 or 2 stars again won’t increase your total.

Try this:

Go back to easier earlier levels and aim for 3 stars there
Make sure you actually beat your previous best score
Restart the game after earning new stars (sometimes it doesn’t refresh immediately)
Check that your game is updated

If you’re earning new stars and they still aren’t counting, it could be a bug — you may need to contact EA Support.
