Is any one having problems with accumulating under knocking points. I have played the game on different browsers and computers and every game set up and nothing.works. Any one know what's up? Thank you

Are you sure you’re meeting the criteria?
First off, you cannot knock. If you knock, it's now impossible to underknock. And when your opponent knocks, you must have the same or fewer deadwood points in your hand as they do. That's the only way to achieve underknocking.
