Limited Time: Buy Gem Packs, Get a Bonus Badge and Pogis

Hello  I just bought 2 gem packs and was to receive a free badge and 1000 Pogis and I don't see them anywhere  Help!

any information?

I purchased a gem pack on June17 through the promotion, and as of today, June 24,  I still haven't received my badge or 1000 pogis.  Please advise when I will receive it.

I think I may have figured out why I didn't get the badge or 1000 pogis I was supposed to receive from the promotion for buying a gem pack on June 17, 2023.   The answer is I checked my order history and it is showing I bought the gem pack on June 18th which is after the promotion ended!  This is not true...I purchased the gem pack at 7:18pm CDT on June 17, 2023 and have the PayPal receipt to prove it.  So I assume the system does not know I purchased these during the promotion, which I clearly did. If this isn't the problem, then I have no clue why I still haven't received them.

So, since this seems to be a technical issue I posted here.  I hope someone can help me get this fixed so I can get my badge and pogis.  Technically when I bought the gem pack, I was also "buying" the badge and pogis, especially since I clearly did not need gems at this time.  I only purchased to get the pogis and badge.

Thanks to anyone who can advise how to fix this...I have tried for hours to try to contact support on this and always get looped back here.  At least for problems with orders when you pay money, I thought you could get to a customer service rep to assist but I was wrong.  If I can't get this resolved I won't ever buy gems like this again.

UPDATE:  I received my Badge from Pogo_Spike this afternoon (June 28) so a big thank you!  I hope everyone else who participated in the promotion received theirs, as well.  🙂

I don't know if this happened with anyone else, but I have received the badge and not the pogi points. I received the badge on June 29th and checked my pogi constellation to find I never got point credit. Did this happen to anyone else?
