Lost account and forced sign-in

I had to reset my browser settings for reasons not relevant here. When I tried to sign in again, I was not given the opportunity to enter my credentials; I was only given the option to sign up for another account. I have paid for my membership and want to access what I have paid for. Trying to reset password, or reset account are not working. 

And the support options are ridiculous in their lack of answers. 

I hope someone here can assist. I just want to access my old stuff: playing for close to 20 years is a lot of progress to lose.
