Lost account and forced sign-in
I had to reset my browser settings for reasons not relevant here. When I tried to sign in again, I was not given the opportunity to enter my credentials; I was only given the option to sign up for another account. I have paid for my membership and want to access what I have paid for. Trying to reset password, or reset account are not working.
And the support options are ridiculous in their lack of answers.
I hope someone here can assist. I just want to access my old stuff: playing for close to 20 years is a lot of progress to lose.

This usually happens when online establishment doesn’t recognize the email you’re signing in with and assumes you’re a new user. Make sure you’re entering the exact same email address you originally registered with.
"Trying to reset password, or reset account are not working."
To reset your password, you must have access to the email address you used during registration. A link to reset your password will be sent to that email, and after you receive it, you can set a new password. Don't forget to look in your Spam or Junk folders in case the verification email ended up there
