⚖️How to verify and view your Pogo Information on EA
Our Pogo platform provides users with a variety of secure and convenient methods to verify and update our account information, ensuring a seamless process to help users manage their accounts effectively. Recognizing the significance of users maintaining accurate and current information, while also prioritizing the security of all users.
Verify your Account on Pogo
To access your Pogo account, click on your mini profile picture located on the main page of Pogo. A new screen will open, allowing you to select My Account.
From this page you will be able to update and verify your verify account information, review your gem transitions and purchase history, add gems to your account, redeem a gift card and modify your membership.
Verify your Account on EA
While on the page in the picture shown above, you will be able to access your EA account my selecting the Manage on EA.com option.
After selecting this option, you will be able to find the same options on the Pogo site with a few extra options!
Additional options include:
- Edit your EA username. At this time, we do not have the ability to alter our usernames on the Pogo site, this option is specifically for the EA Forums community.
- Add a telephone number
- Turn on/off log in verification and add backup codes for security
- Block or Unblock other players from viewing your profile
Further options are included that will remain undisclosed to ensure privacy and security.
I highly advise our community to verify that all your information is correct and current and refrain from sharing your password with anyone. It is essential to carefully review and confirm all entries prior to implementing any changes. Any modifications applied will be updated automatically.

Friendly Reminder
Please do not call any Pogo telephone numbers you may come across online, these numbers are no longer valid.
In addition, unauthorized emails from individuals impersonating EA/Pogo staff have been circulating, claiming that our accounts are either invalid, requires validation, or is at risk of suspension, urging you to "contact them immediately". Please always verify the legitimacy of any communication prior to responding and sharing your personal information.
⛔ Refrain from disclosing your full name, home address, telephone number and email when posting in forum communities. Forum posts are visible to everyone and can show up in search engine results. Protect the privacy of yourself and others.
Our User Agreement states: "You are responsible for the activity on your EA Account; it’s yours, don’t share it. Your EA Account may be suspended or terminated if someone else uses it to engage in activity that violates this Agreement."
