grannyc1967 Hello! I understand how frustrating it is to lose power-ups especially when we've worked hard to earn them. The best protection against freezes is through regular browser and system maintenance. Most people are unaware our browsers update every 4-6 weeks and our devices overall go through 20-100+ updates monthly in the background of our devices - this can cause a lot of clutter.
To prevent future freezes:

- Clear Cache and Cookies: Pogo Troubleshooting Guide | EA Forums - 10424301
- Close other tabs/websites while playing - this helps free up system resources
- Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the log on the router. A slow or unstable internet connection can cause games to freeze or not load properly. Check the quality of your Ethernet Cable (CAT cable) to ensure you are getting top speed from your provider. There should be a number on the cord, the best at this time is 6 and up.
- If the game feels sluggish, slow, long pauses - log out of Pogo and check for updates and clear your cache and cookies before using any more power-ups.

This whole series the only game I have had a problem with it fails to either load or part way through it freezes up can't get any credit for playing.
