Membership badge is wrong year
I am not sure where I should post this but this morning when I logged into pogo it had a popup about my rewards as I did join in January of 2008. The popup had congratulations on your 14 year milesto...
I've tried contacting support but all you get is the runaround. I've gotten emails now from 5 different people. Chat no longer is available for most things and you end up playing tag and getting frustrated. I was asked my registered screen name, my email address and all which I gave before they could begin their investigation. I gave it and assumed it was being looked into. Stupid me I guess. Then yesterday all day I was being asked to verify my account with a 6 digit code and kept being told it was now expired. This morning I'm being asked to re explain everything. Do they not read the original messages with screenshots?? In August many Club Pogo members had all of their badges deleted when they eventually got most of them restored I was missing among them 2 of my Club pogo milestone badges which are anniversary badges for 14 and 15 years. They were eventually manually restored but it appears that the system still believes I'm due my 14 years and that's what it awarded me with a popup message but i received that in January of 2022!! I'm also missing a game award badge I came across the other day. What on earth do you have to do to get help?? My membership is up in 6 days and I honestly believe I do need to just cancel at this point because it's not fun getting absolutely no help and spending all your free time trying to get it!
Should have received my 16 year badge today but a popup came up with 14 years. I received that on January 9,2022. I received my 15 year on january 4, 2023. This should be 16. What gives?
Also there's a pogo forum talking about this but I can't get to it because of a gateway error, to reference it there.
Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know:

@EA_Illium I have two cases open in regards to this. There is also a post in the pogo forums BUT I can’t get in there in order to share the link. Keep getting a gateway 504 error and other times 502 nginx timeout error so I’m unable to provide it. There are other people with this error and I did get in touch with pogo Sconnie and he said he was looking into this since all I was getting is a runaround through EA. I don’t doubt there will be others once their pogo anniversaries come up after the new year. Not sure what the factors are in relation to the accounts affected and what is causing some to be affected. I thought perhaps it might be the missing badges in August 2023 but not sure now. . Awarding me the wrong year shouldn’t have anything to do with browser history and cache since these rewards come from pogo and what they think they have on file on their servers. I have tried different devices/ browsers along with using a family members internet as well as my cell network. I can’t fix pogo awarding me a badge I earned 2 years ago and they think that’s what I should get again. They lost 2 years somehow. I’ve been a paying member since 2008 which is 16 years not 14.
EDIT: I finally got the pogo forums to load, discussing other members with the issue. Am I allowed to share website link to pogo forum? I don’t even know. At the end of December is when another member first noticed theirs. They as well had 2 years lost. I’m awaiting a response like I said from pogo Sconnie and hopefully they find the issue.
Is this being looked into? I had a popup as well with the WRONG year and was NOT awarded the CORRECT year. I am missing my year 15 membership badge but then I realized I'm also missing the 2 years prior I believe due to all my badges being deleted last August. It popped up the other day congratulations on 14 years but it's supposed to be 15 and should've been awarded in December since that's typically when I receive it. I know there's other people with this issue since it's also in the pogo forums.
