merge academy - can't progress to next chapter

This is the 2nd time I completed all the levels in chapter 2 of merge academy and instead of advancing me to chapter 3, I am forced to restart level of of chapter 2 again.  anyone else having this is...

I can't progress either from the same point.  I messaged POGO and sadly didn't receive an answer.  Nice to see how much they appreciate me being a member for 20 years.  Probably gonna cancel POGO altogether since they like to take your money and not answer you.
