merge academy - can't progress to next chapter

This is the 2nd time I completed all the levels in chapter 2 of merge academy and instead of advancing me to chapter 3, I am forced to restart level of of chapter 2 again.  anyone else having this is...

I'm on Chapter 2 Level 2 and I cannot advance either. The hand keeps coming up pointing to the Level 3 button, but nothing works. Pogo doesn't answer any questions either.

Oh, and before anyone asks, I now have over 14,000 pink jewels so I THINK I have enough!

I'm about  to dump Pogo as well.
