MERGE ACADEMY will not load.

I am having issues with Merge Academy loading, using 6 different devices, which are 2 different desktops, 3 different laptops and an IPAD.

I can turn around and use my wife;s account and log in, load and play on the same different devices.

THEREFORE, IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM BUT POGO'S !!

When I try to chat with someone they always push for me to check different avenues which are useless and stupid

since I can play on my wife's account.  3 different case numbers have been assigned in 2 months with resolution of CLOSED.

NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED OR FIXED.

I am about ready to cancel 2 yearly accounts and subscription!

ANY SUGGESTIONS ??

    @wewildbill7 Hey there! @abbycattx is correct, the team is aware of the issues affecting certain games on mobile devices and are actively investigating. I don't currently have any updates but once I do I will post them here on the forum.

    Will any arrangements be made if fixed to allow a return to complete those weeks I missed so I can get recognition for the weeks it stopped me from completion !

  • I've not been able to play for 2 weeks now and yet they want to blame my laptop or browser. Ridiculous

    OK!  You state problems with Mobile devices! With the original post for this case, I stated that I have attempted this on 5 , Now 6 (since I just purchased a new laptop), different devices ,1 IPAD, 2 Desktops, 3 Laptops. As I also stated, all these devices are able to play  Merge Academy using my wife's account and profile!  Hope all the information helps.  When I click on Merge Academy, the room itself actually loads, but once in the room and I click to start the game is where it never loads>
