Missing Content / Hacked account?

17 year user Pogo Games, received an email saying my email address has changed. I changed my password but now all my progress is lost and rewards/gems gone.  How do I recover the missing content? or is there any kind of support for POGO games, lack of phone # or support chat/ email is very disappointing after years of playing!

    Hello! I am sorry to hear about the issues concerning your account. Updating your password to a sudden change in an email address, plus all of your progress, rewards and gems being gone is troubling.

    Here in forums, they are unable to provide assistance with account concerns due to being in a public forum. However, you can reach out to EA Help directly and speak with them privately through their secure channels. Upon contacting them, please ensure you have all of your account information handy, such as any emails or usernames you may have had. *Please be aware that Pogo no longer provides a telephone number for us to contact.

    To reach EA Help log in with your Pogo credentials, to speak with someone and open a case.
