Missing Pogis Award. Double Bonus Daily Challenges

Hi - I chatted 5x in the past several days with EA Player services and the system was down every time and was told to try again in a few hours. You opened a case #183348110 but it doesn't reflect my issue – the case is showing as resolved and I have still not received my Pogis.

  • Pogo Challenge:  The challenge is from the 21st Anniversary Gifts - it is called: Double Bonus Daily Challenges Earn 100 Pogis per challenge and a bonus 1000 Pogis when you complete 18 of 21 Daily Challenges...

I completed the challenge but am not awarded the 1000 Pogis for completing at least 18 of 21 daily challenges June 26-July 9 (18 of 21 challenges completed), July 3-9 (20 of 21 challenges completed), and now July 10th-16th (21 of 21 challenges completed) 

How are the Pogis awarded? Please award the 3000 Pogis (1000 3 weeks in a row) and correct the issue for future weeks.

Double Bonus Daily Challenges

Earn 100 Pogis per challenge and a bonus 1000 Pogis when you complete 18 of 21 Daily Challenges, now through <date>.

    Apologies for the delay and thanks for sharing the requested information. 

    We can pass this on to the team to be aware of, to check for the missing Pogis have you already spoken to support to see if they can recover any missing Pogis?

     

    How to use EA Help

     

    1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
    2. Select Pogo (or any game you're trying to play)
    3. Select the See all help topics
    4. Select the option I want to check my order status (or select what best matches your case)
    5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary

  • I have completed three sets of daily challenges and have not received 3000 Pogis for the games. I am deeply disappointed with these challenges! Please award the Pogis! Thank you!

    Reaching out to the moderators for a solution.  I have completed all (4) weeks of the challenge below and have not received any of the 1000 Pogis.  How do I receive my 4000 Pogis?

    Hi @mrsdace 

    We can pass reports on for the game team to be aware of, however we are unable to add Pogis to accounts here on the forums. 

     

    When you have a moment, could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to sign in manually
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, ensure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. 

     

     

    If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?
    • Screenshot of how your game appears..

    Devices:  Samsung phone and Lenovo laptop

    Browser:  Chrome and Firefox

    Error Message:  none

    Screenshot:  It's not a game issue - it's an award issue. 

    Challenge: Double Bonus Daily Challenges Earn 100 Pogis per challenge and a bonus 1000 Pogis when you complete 18 of 21 Daily Challenges (from xx date to xx date).  

    There was the same challenge for 4 weeks "Double Bonus Daily Challenges" straight which I completed each time (painfully at times having to play games I truly don't care for) and never received the 1000 bonus Pogis (4) weeks in a row (4000 Pogis).

    I opened a case with help.ea.com on July 10th.  Each time they asked me to chat back in a few hours. After (10) chats, they stated that I needed the attention of the relevant team and instructed me to post on the forum stating: "Our community managers actively monitor the forums and can help provide additional support as well. By posting your concern there, you allow our team to track the issue more effectively, connect you to the relevant team, and keep you updated on any developments. Once there is an update, you will be notified as well on the forum itself."

    I am super frustrated. How do I connect the "relevant" team to resolve this issue?
