missing pogo gems

Okay I have been very patient but now I am losing it. I cannot play on pogo because you

took my gems that I paid for on 10-1-24, I purchased 119.00 worth but you took them back. So what is going on?  I have been a very loyal pogo player since 2012. My bank statement

shows that the purchase went through. I understand that you had some problems but

that is not my fault. I would hate to cancel but if you don't give me my gems or a refund

I will have to quit. I am on a fixed income and bedridden, I am only asking for what I

paid for. Thank you...... My old screen name was blnbmr1..... I got hacked and had to 

change it.

  • @abbycattx  How do u email pogo Sconnie cause I’ve tried everything to get my money and gems back and nothing works.

    @OdinTeddy 

    You can email him directly on Pogo the same as you would a regular friend! From our homepage click on mail icon and select new message. Once this screen appears type in Pogo_Sconnie

    To review your cases with EA Help to inform him of the exact verbiage used click on My Cases
