No help from EA games

Back in Aug 2023 EA games changed me to their new sign in style. Try as I might the sign in would not accept my registered pogo account under the name of pipe_boss. this account still had til Jan 2024 before renewal. I have contacted EA games on numerous occasions and have received no help whatsoever. I have been told there is no fix available, and they could care less. I lost all my friends list,my gems, all my badges and game accomplishments. They owe me, and will do nothing to help even after sending them proof of  I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS!!! I have had to create a NEW PAID ACCOUNT JUST TO ACCESS POGO. This will be the last time I deal with this. Like many of my friends I will join another game site that treats me justly!!
