not getting club renewal gems

I renewed my membership, with promise of 110 gems for renewing) and have STILL not seen them on my acct??!!

Did pogo stop doing the renewal gems?   I recently renewed and have not received any.

Anyone else having this issue? I keep gettin g;chat' runaround, after 2 wks of renewing-still have not gotten the ad vertised 100 Pogo gems

As stated in the title, I renewed my yearly memebership and did not receive any gems for the renewel.  Did you change the policy?  If not, when can I expect to receive my gems?
