Thank you. I have already spent several hours in chat with EA Help and they told me to post here as there was nothing they could do. This is incredibly frustrating.

And it has just happened again! I was charged 100 gems but did not receive the 250 coins. I am now down 500 gems and no one seems to be able to fix this.
