This has happened to me twice now. I purchased 570 coins and did not receive them. Today for finishing a chapter one of my rewards was 25 coins. I didn't get those either. I have put in two tickets. The first one said I would have it back in 24 hours. It didn't happen so I tried again. I was told they don't have tools to fix it. So apparently stealing hard earned money from someone is fine by Pogo. I am contacting the better business bureau today showing one said I would get it back and the other stating they can;t fix it. I have been a member for almost 24 years. I removed my credit card so I will not be charged when it is renewal time. It is time to move on and I know I will really miss it but I am not going to give my money for someone to take it from me. We all know the price of the gems are outrageous and the price of the power ups is upside down compared to the gem purchase. Poor customer service. It is really sad..
