Not recieving purchased Gems
My gems were hacked. Have contacted EA 4 times. Last time they told me to report a bug. Once done EA would restore my gems. To date that has not happened. Can't get anywhere with this situation.

EA Staff (Retired)Hi @wormy5687 Wanted to confirm if you were able to get assistance or if you see your Gems? If not Would you be able to share a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) as well as the browsers you're using when you try to purchase Gems?
I have not received my gems. I would be happy to share with you but you will have to walk me through it as I am not very computer savvy.

Hi @wormy5687 I can try to give a guide on how to get your Dxdiag, first to check which Operating system are you using? Also which web browser do you use with Pogo when you made the gem purchases?

It has not been resolved but it is at least being investigated. Turns out my account ha been hacked 3 times.
