Past pogo player

I played pogo a long time ago and had many badges, ect.  
pogo doesn’t recognize my last screen name:  lzbth699 so I had to get a new name:  Elizabeth1969.  

could I please combine my accounts or could pogo let me find my last account and credit my year subscription?

    Hi @Elizabeth1969 

    To confirm it is not possible to merge two EA or Pogo accounts together. 

    If you are interested in trying to recover an older account, I would recommend reaching out to our support for further assistance.

    I can not figure out how to access support help.  All the choices are automated and not an email to ask someone specifically.  Is there an email of someone I can get help accessing an old account?

    We can try using the following option to get either a Chat or Email contact option. Please note options can vary. 

    EA Help Homepage > Pogo > I need help logging in to my Pogo account
