For a week I have been attempting to long into my Pogo account that I have had for over 10 years. The sign-in tells me my "credentials have expired". I have been through the EA website more time then I 'd like to think about and can not find a solution or, more importantly, a way to talk to a fellow human being from EA. This is very frustrating and I have finally come to the conclusion that for whatever reason EA no longer wants me as a customer. Very odd way to do business, ignore your loyal paying customers. What a mess. I do not hold out much hope of getting a reply here as I have noticed on the boards that replies from EA rarely come, so I guess I will just leave this as a bit of feedback and a farewell. It was fun while it lasted.
@Shad7074 Did you find a solution? I had this happen to me last year and I was able to talk to someone and they sent me a password reset. I'm not sure what happened I was able to login in the morning and came back in the afternoon and could no longer get in. After resetting my password I was able to get back in.
