Pogo chat is not opening

Pogo Chat is not loading. When trying to open chat it says to refresh or close chat.

    Hey Pogo Community, 

    Issues with Chat should now be resolved. I wanted to confirm if any was seeing new issues today?

    My friends are no longer in my friend list. My friend list is empty. The Forum Page and chat doesn't work either
