    Thank you for reaching out with your honest feedback and along with being a 17 year Pogo member. It's sad to hear you're looking to step away from the community due to how moderation is being conducted on the POGO forums. I'm under the impression you're referring to the non-Answers HQ forum?

    We do not handle moderation on those boards, thus if there are any concerns about the way moderation is being conducted there please reach out to our Terms of Service team regarding any actions on your forum account. If there are any errors they will correct it and also address any misconduct with our EA employees here.

    If it's not regarding those forums, my apologies! If there are any Community Managers on these Answers HQ forums you need to raise concerns to our management, please select the dots in the top right corner of one of our messages and hit REPORT. You can submit your feedback there that will go directly to our supervisors.

    We'll relay your feedback on the experiences you and others have had recently to the teams involved. We hope you return in the future to enjoy our games. Thank you again for being a huge fan.

    A whole host of pogo players who were simply asking "Why the Merge Academy sewing machine generator hasn't been fixed?"  Have now been considered violators of the moderator.  Our entire thread has been deleted.  I have been a Pogo member since 2001. I have only replied on the forum a couple of times.  Never have I been violated.  This seems ridiculous, since we are simply asking for help to fix the sewing machine generator so we can all complete the latest challenge.  Please address the issue and give us any advice you may have.
