POGO MEMBERSHIP USING MY MONEY IN MY WALLET

Why can I not use the money in my wallet to purchase a pogo membership. You do not sell pogo game cards anymore and do not accept the visa check card I use to pay my bills. I can't use my debit card as it has been hacked twice and I put $60.00 from EA cash cards in the wallet. It gave me no other choice. Since you bought POGO isn't it now A EA Game? I have spoken with at least 6 different people who promised to fix it but didn't. I just want to buy a pogo membership. Otherwise that $60.00 in my wallet will sit there until it rots or I find a way to get it back?You took away over 20 years of all the money I put into playing pogo. when you changed everyone's user name and gave me a stupid one I might add. I spent alot of money for gems,albums,all the bells and whistles plus the membership fees and you just wiped it all away and now you are holding my money hostage in a wallet when all I want to do is BUY a POGO MEMBERSHIP. I'm not asking for it for free although you could do that if you were nice. I earned it. I want to use the money. It's not my fault you don't sell POGO game cards and you haven't linked the wallet to Pogo. Somebody please help! One person wanted proof of purchase for the money I put in my account. Everyone else threw me off to the Wallet page and hung up. PLEASE HELP!
