Pogo not recognizing my username

Tried to sign into pog and its not recognizing my user name. changed the password but still cant get in.Thank you,Kathy Cornell

    Hi @ckcrnll, To confirm you need to enter in your Pogo account email address and Pogo account password to sign in!!
