RENEW MY POGO SUBSCRIPTION FOR ANOTHER YEAR

Here in EA Pogo forums they are unable to assist us with payment issues or specific account issues due to being in a public forum. To reestablish your account to a Club Pogo account you will need to do this manually or Contact EA Help for further assistance and guidance here > [POGO] How to Contact EA Support | EA Forums - 12464874
🌟Additionally, on Pogo if you click on your Mini, then select MY ACCOUNT, we can view, change and update our accounts here. If you click on the Change Plan link, you can update your status and payment information.
If you were already a Club Pogo member they send us an email about 3 weeks before renewal alerting us (sometimes this may go into Spam if you do not have them marked as a safe sender), the renewal may have not automatically updated because of an expired card or something missing with the code or digits.
💳 Card expiration cycles have tightened over the years, standard credit cards typically renew every 3 years, Premium cards often run on a 4-5 year cycle. It’s one of those updates that can slip through the cracks if we don't update our online accounts.
