Can you let us know if you're playing on Desktop or Mobile?
If you're on Desktop can you let us know what browser you're currently playing on? If you have another internet browser installed can you try playing using that and see if theres a difference?

I am on a Dell laptop with Windows 11. I have used my laptop to play this game over the last year or so and have never had any problems until last week.
Oh, and my browser is Chrome and it is the newest version.
Just tried loading the game with Firefox and Edge and the game still doesn't work.
