Quest Challenge Event -- cannot access it

Quest Challenge Event -- cannot access it

    4/25/23 -- It turns out I was too early to start challenge.  They have different start times then on the weekly challenges.

    A lot of people were also having issues so the tried to spread out start times to different time zones.  Also, can I change 

    my avatar ??  I a LADY -- that's a gruff looking guy -- I did not see any where to change it.   TY 4 your help.

    Hi @shop01 

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
