@ou06ekcinsx There is no live person to talk to, it's called live chat.  AND it will be the same thing...no help, with excuses, excuses, and more excuses.  I was told the last time I tried it, that it was "beyond our limitation".  That's a QUOTE, and I saved the whole chat.  Isn't that something you want to hear from their support team?  I DON'T THINK SO!

It's the same with email.  In most of the emails they didn't even address my problem, and can't complete a sentence that makes any sense.  So, I'm beginning to think they are not real people, probably the BS AI.

    I saw on the POGO forum that they have given the gems that were not received out. I have not received mine however. Apparently it was all folks who renewed in February. Has any one who posted here received your gems? Where else is there to complain about this?

    @annachap Thanks to your post, I went to look at the post by Pogo_Sconnie.

    Well, that just made me even more angry, if that's possible, because it's a lie!  You can't even respond to him about that, because the thread is locked. Figures!

    AND...I won't bother starting another one, because even though I stick to the forum rules, I'm tired of my posts being removed.  I guess the truth hurts!

    I still didn't get mine, and my renewal was on Feb. 6, 2024.  That is why I will be leaving Pogo/Ea before my next renewal.  The only reason I haven't left yet, is because I still have a lot of gems to spend before I leave. 

    The level of incompetence these days, in all areas, not just in Pogo/EA, is off the charts!

    Where are my 90 gems Pogo??? I renewed and you only gave me 10.  Please respond, tired of no cooperation on your part.

    I still did NOT receive my 100 gems for auto renewal from back in Feb. 2024.  Did only some people get their missing 100 gems ?
