Re: Club Pogo membership

Clearing the cache and cookies did nothing. I'm not sure what you mean by "subbed," but my account page still shows me as a "Free Player." I'm also seeing the option to start a one-week free trial of Club Pogo. My membership clearly is not active.

    Hi @azaleablue2002 

    Apologies to confirm by subbed I meant subscribed for Club Pogo.

    If you select your avatar in the top right > Select My account > under the Billing and Subscription section, what does it say for your Account Type?

    If it does not show as "Club Pogo Subscriber" I would verify the charge for club pogo has gone through your payment provider.

  • Hi and thank you for the clarification. As mentioned above, the account type says Free Player.  See attached. The payment was posted to by bank account shortly after I signed up on 11/5/23.

    This typically means either you are signed into the wrong account, or there was an issue with the Club Pogo purchase. 

    If you are signed into the correct account, You will want to reach out to our support to take a further look at this with you, you can make a support ticket by using the following link:

    Select Pogo > Select See all topics > Then I want to check my order status

     

    This should give you an option for Chat or Email support.
