Why can't I get back into my classic account I was playing games earlier

@maf1230,  If you are in the Early Access Experience mode and you want to return to the Classic Experience mode, follow the guidance at the top of the screen.  First you click on your avatar (mini) image in the upper right corner of the screen, which opens a drop-down menu.  Then at the bottom of that menu click on the link where it says "Back to Pogo Classic". 

See the screen show below where I highlighted the important directions in orange boxes with arrows.

If you haven't changed the image of your avatar yet, you will see the Cactus spike avatar to click on as your avatar.  I changed mine which is why it does not look like Spike in the screen shot below. 

Have you tried these instructions before, but you are unable to return to the Pogo Classic mode for your account?

yes i have tried and cannot get back to the old spades games any suggestions

Yes  I am thing about not renewing also   finding the chat not compatible 

and  that was my main reason for  playing pogo was to talk with  friends and so many of my games discontinued

@n1cxcmgk6snzI am assuming you are saying you cannot log into Pogo. If that is true, follow the instructions below to contact an EA adviser about this problem.


1. Go to https://help.ea.com
2. Click on "Contact Us" at top of page
3. Select Pogo (It might default to Pogo)
4. Select Platform (PC, Mac, etc)
5. Select Topic (Manage my account)
6. Select Issue (Can't log in)
7. Click on blue Select Contact option
8. On the next page called Case Information, decide if you want a phone call back or online chat.
9. If you want a phone call back, complete the requested information under the heading called "Get a call", then click on the Request Call button.
10. If you want online chat, click on where it says "Chat", enter a brief description of your issue in the "Subject" box, and then click on the "Request live chat" button.
11. If the estimated wait time is not reasonable to you, try again later.

Click on your avatar, go to your profile and click on the gear next to your name. 

Hey all, this thread is fairly old and has touched on many different aspects of this transition, some of which have changed multiple times since the information was posted.
