Re: How to cancel Pogo and join EA?
@EA_Arrenai I hate to lose my more than 6M tokens on Pogo but I want and need to start new. This Pogo EA stuff is frustrating. It seems best to CANCEL EVERTHING and start over.

- @447208 No, you really don't need to cancel your account. Why do you feel like you need to start a new account? Is there a specific reason? Harassment from another player? Billing issue? If you can provide a reason you feel you need to start fresh, we might be able to help you better and hopefully not have to start a new account... Please let us know. Thank you
~BB - @BurghBaby well can u assist me in just starting over. I want to log in as iam71 NOT lbrown3507 want to be able to see the more than 6M tokens I have OR will tokens be awarded anymore??? I am paid up to July before my Pogo expires.
- @447208 Do you already have an account with the user name iam71? If yes, what is causing you to not being able to sign into that account?
- @BurghBaby I have no idea. I will try again right now. Do i log in with my login and password?? if so why does lbrown3507 comes up and NOT iam71. I must be having a brainfreeze...that is why I wondered if I should start over NEW
- @447208 No,you are not having a brainfreeze. The problem is as with most players experienced is when everyone needed to sign up for an EA account their username was changed and they lost everything. So. My next question to you is this... When you sign into your brown account do you have all of your tokens, badges and everything from you im71 account? I am going to guess no...
What you will need to do is make a brand new email account, and attach it to your im71 screen name. Sign in with your username and password and enter the new email account that you just created. Then you should have your old account back..
Please let us know what happens when you do that.
