@dclose1961 @For the frozen tiles you need to match tiles that are next to the frozen one. Sometimes the ice will break with one match, sometimes it takes more than one. 

What do you mean by daily challenge? Do you mean the Daily Board where you play 7 days in a row? If so you have to play that game to win. If you’re wanting to just play earlier levels you can once you reach level 25 and spend 25 feathers. Click on the little circular arrow next to the level box on the bottom of the game screen.
