A similar question was asked on the Pogo Forums, and there was a reply from Pogo_John:

The levels will progressively become more challenging but there will be levels throughout your progress that may be a little easier than others. Once you've complete all levels in the game you'll be able to play previously completed levels at random when selecting play.

    That's really too bad.  I hate all of these new childish games.  I've played the first level of Jet Set Solitaire over 1000 times just to meet daily/weekly challenges because I cannot stand the look of that god-awful flight attendant.  Now I don't even bother with the dailies, unless it is a game I like.  Guess it will be time to abandon my 13 year membership before renewal time!!
