Hey there, @CatMcQIi.

To help us track this down, can you record some information for us?

  • What was your coin total when you started?
  • What level did you complete?
  • How many coins did the level completion state you earned?
  • What was your coin total after returning to the map screen, leaving the game, and then coming back in?
  • What was the date / time you completed the level and earned the additional coins?

This will help a lot in figuring out where it's catching. I look forward to hearing from you.

    @EA_Arrenai Thank you for your response! I completed all of the 100 levels in Candy. I had 7,590 coins at that point. I went back to several of the first 100 levels yesterday that had less than three stars. I replayed and earned 3 stars plus coins but my total of 7,590 hasn't changed. I just went back today 7/15 at 10:35am and earned 3 stars in level 32. I scored 26,130 and earned 1261 coins but my total remains at 7,590. I appreciate your assistance in this. Thank you!

    Hey there, @CatMcQIi. I'm so sorry for the wait in getting back to you.

    The Chocolate Coin issue was resolved by the Pogo team late last week. Can you give it another try to see if the coins are added for you?
