Re: Unable to purchase Gems - Error Message

I have been trying to buy gems for 3 weeks.  Talked to support 4 times and told same thing change charge card and clear cache.  Still does not work.  Last call was told would be fixed in 2 hours.  That was yesterday and still does not work.  Did you get it to work.
