Re: Unable to update payment method

I'm having the same problem.  My old bank account was closed and I have been trying to enter a new credit card for days.  I am  now past my renewal date and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone at EA.  I get an error screen that says:

Server Error

Explanation:
The server required to perform your transaction is not working at the present time.

How to Fix the Problem:

When I click on help it makes a case number and then just sits and spins saying to wait for an EA Agent.  It does that indefinitely until I click out of it.  HELP!!!!
