Re: why is a grey line popping up on party game mode after clicking

I have a reply with the grey line still popping up and before that I managed to capture a screenshot of the box spinning with the word Facebook on it  as it was about to load for me to send the reminder and it goes through to the grey line instead of me being able to send the reminder.

I can mention a few things, some of which I can't do because I will find it too risky to my laptop if anything goes wrong but I did manage to do most of the things mentioned:

I cleared my cache/cookies.

I checked my browser for updates which was not much but there was updates for my device.

I got no idea about checking my browsers with Prive/Mode which is the 1st thing I'd find to be too risky.

I'm not so sure if my device meets the requirements

The 2nd bit that I can't do which is too risky is to send a screenshot or video clip of  the DxDiag(PC)/System info (Mac) of my device as that is too complicated for me

I can let you know that my device is a Lenovo IdeaPadL340 laptop and the browser I use is Google Chrome ever since the switch over to HTML5

I will upload the 2 screenshots, 1 showing the box where it's trying to load for me to send the reminder and the other showing the grey line and the grey line is on the left side of my screenshot.
