I double checked the Word Whomp HD Pogo Forums to see if anyone else was having this problem and I couldn't find anything.

Your best bet is to talk to one of the EA Game Advisor for your issue.

Here's How:

1. Navigate to EA Help.

2. Click Contact Us at the top of the page.

3. Choose Pogo as your Product.

4. Choose your Platform.

5. Under 'Topic' select Technical Support.

6. Under 'Issue' select Game Progress Issues.

7. Do you need help with Pogo's Early Access Experience? Select No.

8. Click the Blue Select Contact Option at the bottom of the page.

9. This will give you the option to request a Live Chat with one of the EA Game Advisors. Simply explain your situation and they will assist you with your issue.
