set my preferences screen won’t work

I have a subscription to Pogo, play through Chrome have played pretty well until now on my iPad Pro and this week, I am getting a “manage your preferances” message on the lower 1/3 of my screen. It does not respond to “the button” at all and won’t go away. This is really annoying as I can’t play now.

    Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

      

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    I am using an iPad Pro os15.0. Using chrome to load pogo.com.  As you can see, the instructions for clearing my cache do not work on my chrome, as I do not have the “more” choice.  Still unable to clear this screen.
