If you are having issues other than the ones mentioned above here is some steps that may help! Please make sure to take your time and do your own research when make adjustments to your device.
Update Your Graphics Driver: Troubleshooting graphics on PC
An outdated or faulty graphics driver can cause various issues. Try updating your graphics driver by going to Device Manager>Display adapters, right clicking your adapter and select "Update Driver" (it will tell you if it needs it or not)
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.Windows 10 users will need to research online "The End of Windows 10 in 2025" and how this may affect them now and in the future.
Try a Different Browser: If the problem persists, try using a different browser to see if the issue is browser specific.
Check your Hardware Compatibility: Make sure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 8GB of RAM. Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout and exit abruptly.Close Background Programs: Other programs running in the background can use up resources needed by the game.
Adjust Your Monitor Refresh Rate: Lower your monitors refresh rate to 60Hz.
Right-click the desktop screen and go to: “Display Settings” > “Advanced Display” > “Refresh Rate” > 60 Hz.
Disable GPU Hardware Acceleration: Right-click the desktop screen and go to: “Display Settings” > “Graphics” > “Change default settings” and turn off “hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling”.
Power Cycling: Unplug your router, let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then plug it back in. This rebooting helps clear the cache on the router.
