How do I get to the second page of levels in sweet tooth town?

To buy the next tier in an existing shop, just click the Up arrow next to the shop on the map, and then confirm the purchase amount.

Is this for the Toothy's Teapot Badge? If so, then you don't have to worry as you can replay previous levels to get credit towards the badge. Any level with yellow candies can be used.

EA Staff (Retired)It isn't about clearing my cache............it doesn't offer me any more construction, period. My cache gets cleared every time I close my browser. This has been going on for weeks now. There are glitches in every single game so it's not about sweet tooth, it's about pogo.
