Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

Device  Does not matter what device I use.  Computer or tablet. I get the same thing.  

I have used Google and Internet Explorer and Microsoft edge

I do not get an error message.

This is the screen I get.  Will sit here until it times out and tells you to refresh

Also I can play sweet tooth on my devices if I am under guest.  Will not let me play when I sign into my account

A different wifi network?   I use 2 different ones.  My home and work
