mawmaw98player You say EA is making improvements to Pogo. No, you are not!!! Making it worse in many paid members view!!! Why take off every game we love to play and be able to chat side by side with our newly made friends!!!! Why give us the option to even chat?? That chat option at the bottom of nearly every game is not friendly, flip flopping to chat below the game is not correct and does not make it fun for us, the paid members!!!! Also, private chat option was totally removed, so cannot enjoy chatting with our friends or newly made friends without interruptions from other players, even the unpaid members coming in on our conversation! From bad to worse is all you have done with pogo. Bet your business drops drastically! What else could you expect, pogo is not fun anymore, when you take away the things we pay for because we enjoy the way it has always been since we joined the club pogo!! Dominoes is the most fun to play on here, and you are taking it off, what the heck!!! The majong games/puzzles are terrific, even the newly looking ones, but we like to make friends and chat with our friends on here, even relatives play and chat with each other. Our privacy has been taken away by you!! Please, please, please relook at what you are doing to mess up our world of enjoyment, relaxation, meeting new people and enjoying it all!!! Exactly, I hate it, I want the Classic back!
I find that it is hard on my eyes , don't like the new format , gives me a headache , thats what happens to us old folks when you change things and you don't consider the out come
I personally dont see anything wrong with the look of the new format. Yes, it is a bit cartoonish, but it does not give me a headache.
I do know that many people however have said they get headaches from it as well. Some are figuratively speaking as some are being serious. I have asked this to many, but no real answer.....What gives you a headache @grandept935 . Maybe if EA can get some answers to this, they MIGHT be able to change it???

I do not like the new pogo. I have been asking for help from every one about GINHD Every time I go to play it loads 28percent then the whole page freezes. this is about 3 weeks I have been asking for help. I did get on the first time .I bought a few badges got 1 done then it froze and I nexer got back on. If I can't get into play the games I like I wont be paying yearly and more. please fix Ginhd thank you sharon200161

I agree with you. I don't like it either and if I can't get use to it I'll cancel my club pogo account.
I hate it too> I want a refund of my membership which was posted on my account this month<I will no longer be playing pogo games.

Many of us here Do Not Agree with the New Pogo Experience you are trying to Force upon Us.. !!! 99% of Everyone wants back Our Classic Pogo & it's Games !!~~~ I.T. is certainly capable of bringing back our games to us !! Unless you think ?? the Kids games will justify losing the Long Term Loyal Adults & the $$ they pay for their Subscriptions !! ... Hope you give it good thought & Resolve this, or as Many have Voiced , they will be dropping their Subscriptions.. Not Really the way to Substanciate Ones Business IN THE LONG RUN !!! ~ I am sure that there is a way you can bring it all together .. Progress is great ,, but Not at the Expense of What Was Already Working FOR THE PAYING MAJORITY !!
WRONG !!!!! I agree those of us who have paid for club pogo for many years and have earned millions of tokens after pay a hefty amt. for additional gems, have been ripped off royally by EA. Your new (better) offer as a replacement is terrible and insulting. To be fair to those of us who have not only been loyal but patient as you took our money under false pretenses. It should be simple to return to the old form of POGO. We should have tokens and badges for those who care. I for one am tired of being lied to that we will love this new POGO when it is ready and that will be soon. I say go back to what we the customer liked and enjoy the money you made from us. I am sure the money will me missed as more of us leave. Perhaps you would like to buy back the memberships and gems we have purchased over the years and you might also put a price to pay for our tokens. I hope that u understand word of mouth can either make or break a business. Which would u prefer.

i do not like the new pogo i really liked the classic pogo I really miss the World Monopoly game. I am thinking about canceling my subscription. You charge when we need jewels to finish a game. This is not even fun anymore.
