I am going between Classic and this new Pogo. I personally do not like the new Pogo, for me it is not very user friendly. On the Classic, when you go to the game, you can see all the challenges that are available for that particular game. On the new site, when you click on the game, you go directly into the game, so you can't see what challenges are available. I have also found that trying to find challenges for the games you want to play is just so convoluted. You have to go through so much just to find the game you are playing, then the challenge/badges for that game. I also don't like you are taking away my Mini. I like my Mini as my Avatar Profile Pic. The selection you have now is awful, and does not really offer individuality. As players, we are all unique and we like to customize.
I do find the new Pogo is easy on the eyes, and game play is smooth. I hope that you find a way to bring back Canasta, as that is one of my favorite games. I also hope you find a way to bring back some of the old favorites, like Pop Fu, Makeover Madness, Beaker Creatures, Dice City Roller, Fortune Bingo, Harvest Mania, Jigsaw Detective, Poppa Zoppa, Pucks Peak, The Poppit Show, Qwerty, Squelchies, Sudoku Puzzle Blast and Thousand Island Sollitaire.
For some reason, I find that Pogo has jumped on the Hidden Puzzle band wagon, and it is horrible. I am not a lover of those games, and find too much effort has gone into creating or rehashing the same kind of game, just with a different story. There is one out there that is just awful: StoryQuest. Most of the others are barely tolerable, because it is a type of game that has been over done. And is there really a need to have two Claire Hart HO games.
I am a paying member of Club Pogo, and hope that you redo some of the games that you have been forced to retire, or come up with similar games that have been retired. You used to have an awesome catalogue of games, but right now not so much. Canasta and Jungle Gin are two of my favorites.
