TRIZZLE FREEZING AFTER ONE MOVE

I have been playing Trizzle for a long time. For the last few months, it has been freezing after I make a move. I don't have any problems with any other game on Pogo. What do I need to, to fix this problem. It is one of my favorite games on Pogo.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?

Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)

Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

Neither of these solutions work for me, either. I'm on a Lenovo Gamer's Laptop, and I use Microsoft Edge for my browser. I've been having this problem for MONTHS, and I've even attempted to contact someone about it, never received word back, and the problem is still happening. I should also mention that this is happening on the very first move I make in the game, which makes it completely unplayable for me, and it's one of my favorites... or at least it was...

This is one of the December challenges that I can't continue thru the challenge unless I finish this one. None of the suggestions have helped with the issue!!

I have the same issue and I think it has something to do with Chrome Hardware Acceleration which is SUPPOSED to enhance computer performance but, in this game, does exactly the opposite. Chrome Hardware Acceleration is turned on by default and has to be manually disabled for this game to work correctly. This is how it used to be, at least. However, To be honest, I can't be bothered to go into menus ad infinitum to turn the acceleration off just for this game. For this very reason, I've avoided Trizzle for years. Too bad Pogo places it in a challenge when the game won't operate for a number of people. Pogo/EA ought to rewrite the code to this game as this problem doesn't occur on other games.

@abc735382668 I had the same issue on all my computers and finally got out my old tablet that had not been updated in years and Trizzle works fine on it. This is after all the tech garbage they told me to do, which none worked on all my updated computers.
