Trizzle powerups not available or even showing after purchasing.

I buy gems in lots of $20.00 USD (rounded up) to purchase challenges or to get thru a game I'm not fond of for their challenges..  

Having said this, I bought power ups for Trizzle.  I bought the same amount of all four of the power ups.  However, only the "Change Doll Size" powerup ever showed up.  When I returned to the purchase screen, it said I had power ups owned for all four of the,.  Now, it only acknowledges that I have the powerups for "change size" with 102 available for that.  Other than the few that you get when starting the game the first time, I have never been able to use the other three of them.

Please note that I have contacted EA support because it didn't occur to me to look thru the forum as POGO is an EA company now, and Nahal at EA support said to post the issue here as well.
