In some cases, it can take about 24 hours for badges to unlock. Given how much time you mentioned has passed in this case, it would probably be best to reach out to an EA Help Advisor directly so they can take a look at your account.
@katsassy33Sometimes there is a delay in being rewarded badges completed. Usually the delay is not more and a 1 or 2 days. Also, periodically check the album where the badge for completing Quest card 2 should be. Finally, I am not an EA employee, just a volunteer help. EA can search for your completed badges and find them for you. Hopefully if you do not see the badge in your album, an EA community manager will reply to you tell you they found it and where you can find it. They might also tell you that it was not completed if that is their finding.
thanks for responding i can see in my profile that the badge is not there. i don't understand howl i can advance in quest cards, get badges but snot for card 2. Can they reset me back to quest card two?

Why do you suggest to reach out to EA advisor? I have tried that and the only slot games they show is the flash versions which is no more. How do I get help?
